  1. Mix egg, kefir, salt and sugar. Add melted margarine (animal butter), vegetable oil and soda. Then, filling the flour in small doses, knead the dough sufficiently steep and put it in the refrigerator.
  2. Finely chop the onion and chop the potatoes into thin slices.
  3. ½ of the dough to lay on the bottom of the prepared form. Then lay alternately: onions - potatoes - onions. Pepper on top, sprinkle with salt and sprinkle with oil.
  4. Cover the entire structure with the remaining dough and coat it with an egg on top.
  5. Send the form to the oven for 35-40 minutes.

The main ingredients for making such a cake:

1 cup of fresh whole milk, 50 grams of butter, 1 small onion, 150 grams of absolutely any hard cheese, 10 potatoes, 1 egg, 90 grams of flour, and finally 0.5 kilograms of chicken liver.

Preparing the dish in a similar way:

  1. Liver pour milk and set aside for half an hour.
  2. Finely chopped onion fry in a pan in butter for 5-6 minutes. There add liver with milk and stew all together for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the potatoes. Then peel it, and then knead it in mush. Add egg white, finely grated cheese, flour and mix well.

Making the dish is not difficult. For this you need:

  1. Wash potatoes, peel and boil.
  2. Add butter, grated cheeses, milk and cook mashed potatoes.
  3. Chopped onion a little fry and mix with flour, removing from heat.

In the village, because of the abundance of products from the garden, they often make potato dough pie filled with vegetables and, of course, meat. This is a quick-look dish. Essential products are always available.

For the test: 2 medium potatoes, 150 grams of flour, a little salt and 80 grams of butter.

For filling: 0.5 kilograms of minced meat, salt, 2 tomatoes, 3 sweet peppers, 1 onion, teaspoons of ground paprika, vegetable oil, pepper and 2 handfuls of grated cheese.

The cooking process is carried out gradually:

  1. First put the boil potatoes.
  2. Then fry the onions in a pan in the oil. Put it on a separate plate, warm the stuffing on the same oil. Put chopped vegetables here, add salt, paprika and pepper.
  3. Ready potatoes mix with butter, salt, flour and knead the dough. Next, roll it into the reservoir and lay on the bottom of the mold, oiled.
  4. Then lay out the stuffing, and cover it with tomato slices on top and sprinkle everything with cheese.
