All parameters and characteristics of the land plot are reflected in the cadastral passport. The plot area is indicated in column 11 of the first part of B1. When buying a plot, it is advisable to check the compliance of the actual dimensions of the plot with those indicated in the passport, at least with the help of a tape measure. It may be that the neighboring fence drove to your site. Or vice versa, to prevent an incident on your part. The exact removal of the coordinates specified in the cadastral passport can be ordered from surveyors. In some cases, to obtain permission to build a topographical survey is needed.
