Exchange error message appears in the system logs

Good day. Windows 2007 server + Exchange 6 I started ntbackup to create a shadow copy of the eschenzh database, but in the middle of the copying process, the procedure ends with an error. An error appears in the system logs of applications Event Type: Error Event Source: ESE Event Category: Logging / Recovery Event ID: 474 Date: 08/30/2015 Time: 10:41:48 User: Н / Д Computer: SERVER-2007 Description: Information Store (3608) First Storage Group: E: \ Exchsrvr \ mdbdata \ priv1.edb "at offset 4170719232 (0x00000000f8982000) (database page 1018241 (0xF8981)) for 4096 (0x00001000) due to a page checksum mismatch. The expected checksum was 3688532548220312989 (0x33304ccf57235d9d) and the actual checksum was 8371641752678700650 (0x742e0bd1b73e166a). Error -1018 (0xfffffc06). Then backup. This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem. It turns out that the data file is physically damaged and needs to be restored. There are no normal backups. The last time a copy was made a few months ago. It is logical to first check the hard drive for errors and in general its condition, but I am afraid to disconnect the bases or overload the server. I think that the databases may not connect after that (now everything works without visible problems for users). I want to disable the bases, make a copy and try to restore the base using ESEUTIL / P, but I am afraid that the ecc may not rise after reboot (disabling the bases). We have about 10 users and I have already saved data from Outlook to each PC (exporting the box to PST format). It is loaded later in a clean outlook

If the mail is uploaded to the PST, then you can not particularly bathe .. try to restore the database ESEUTIL. If it did not help: 1. Turn off the mailbox database 2. Transfer the file priv1.edb to another directory 3. Mount the repository, while there will be a warning that an empty repository is being created 4. In the equipment of AD, each user deletes the mailbox and creates anew in the new vault. 5. Reconnect mailboxes, download PST 6. Configure BACKUP! 1. Even if a backup was made several months ago, but the logs were not deleted and cyclic logging of logs is disabled (the default setting), then restoring from a backup copy is possible - but done, however, it can take a very long time (time depends on the amount of logs and disk speed). You can try this process by restoring the database in the Recovery Storage Group (I suppose that although it is written in the TS "Exchange 6", it is a question of Exch 2003 - because it was not supposed to install Exch2000 on Win2K3 Exch 6.0). 2. What else can you try - to defragment (eseutil / g): if you are lucky and the failed page is among the empty ones, then it may not even consider defragmentation (unlike the backup that reads everything). Defragmetization is quite possible to make a copy of the database, without disconnecting users for a long time (only for the time of copy creation). 3. If you restore the database using ESEUTIL / P, then after that you must run isinteg with all the tests, and repeat its launch until it ceases to find errors (not all errors are found the first time). 4. To reset the database, you just need to delete / transfer all the database files and logs, while starting a database will be created. All user boxes will be empty; you do not need to delete / create mailboxes in AD.
